I already had an expectation for when I needed to have my locs retightened, thinking it would take the usual of 2-3 days, since that was my norm when it came to maintenance. However, my expectations were blown out of the water when arriving at Rita's! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely amazing each step of the way, especially considering that I was able to finish my appointment the same day! Thank you so much Reeta and team! Talk about satisfied!!!! Between my consultation and the first shampoo/deep conditioning appointments, my hair has flourished/grown!!! I had a consultation with Reeta and to communicate with her was a breath of fresh air! I was extremely nervous because I have been lazily maintaining my own hair, so I expected a lot of negative comments and concerns. To my surprise, Reeta was the complete opposite. I haven't had someone else's hands in my hair in over 24 years. She addressed the issues that I am experiencing, she gave me props on my work so far, she helped me decide a plan of action and she was just a joy to be around. She's uber professional and knowledgeable. She definitely knows her stuff. I'm also excited to try some of her products when I return to her. Reeta doesn't know yet, but she better prepare to be SICK OF ME. Lol

I have been a regular customer for 4 years, and a salon client for 2+ years and I have NEVER experienced better quality products and consistent performance.
Reeta is a pleasure to work with through & through! She is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, funny and makes you feel at ease. I am meticulous, maybe even picky, yet I have always left her chair feeling happy and satisfied! That's hard to find especially with Natural Hair care.
I have been experiencing postpartum hair loss and some alopecia, and she has helped a TON with recovery.
Her hair products are clean, Natural and hand made. They smell incredible and last for a long long time without spoilage - even though they're organic! I've had other Natural brands go bad, and separate before but never hers.
