Appointment REQUIRED! Sorry-No Walk-ins. We will do an in-depth (in-person) consultation to determine if you are a good candidate for microlocs. We will discuss the best options for you. You will learn at-home care, product recommendations and the 3 methods of Microlocs. We will share our expertise as Microlocs Specialists and help decide which of the 3 Microlocs methods is best for you & your lifestyle. You will leave with 4 tester locs in order to determine the size that'll be best for your density of hair. Consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This service is not certified by Sisterlocs™. At least two to four 8hr sessions may be required for the installation process if your installation is done by one stylist. Typical installation time for the average length of hair (up to 4 inches) and high density may take up to 18 hours.

At the consultation, I'll access your hair to determine if you are a good candidate for Microloc Extension and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I'll install test locs to determine to correct size based on your density. We'll discuss the at-home care, new client requirements, hair selection, Maturation stages of Microlocs, pricing, and schedule your Install appointment at the end of the consultation. Your hair must be accessible at the consultation.

Our hair service includes shampooing your hair with coils, followed by a steam treatment and deep conditioning treatment. Your hair will then be sectioned off and 2-strand twisted into Medium to Large twists using the nourishing Reeta's Organics Products. Our skilled stylist will use a "grab and twist" method to create the twists, which is perfect for achieving a twist-out hairstyle. Depending on your preference, your hair can be twisted while damp or lightly blown out. Please note that the price may vary depending on the density and length of your hair. We do not add any hair to this service.

If you've had locs for more than a year, it may be time for a deep, cleansing Loc Detox. Our Detox method consists of lint removal, and a detoxifying herbal soak to remove build-up, and odors while refreshing your scalp and nourishing your locs. This service also includes a deep cleansing shampoo and conditioner. Depending on the severity of build-up, more than one visited may be needed for a detox.

Post shampoo or maintenance session, your locs are gently pinned, curled, braided, rolled, twisted, etc. according to your preference. A light oil mist to set your style and add a lustrous shine and Voila! You're on your way. Dryer Time may be required.

The rate is $400 for up to the first 4 hours and $75/hour after the 4 hours are met. Repair appointments are typically 4 hours. However, we will assess the condition of the client's locs to determine how long the session will take. The client will receive the standard basic shampoo/condition and repair of damaged Microlocs.
We HIGHLY recommend regular reties every 4-6 weeks to avoid further damage.
The rate is $400 for up to the first 4 hours and $75/hour after the 4 hours are met. Repair appointments are typically 4 hours. Trim can be done on wet, dry, or blown-out hair. We prefer to do it on wet hair. Clean up those ends to prevent split ends, fairy knots, and breakage. A trim is recommended at least every 3 months to encourage healthy hair growth.
